Reservations: $100. Deposit is required to reserve a specific space. The
deposit is refundable until August 1st. Full rent
starts October 1st and goes through March 31st.
Based on 6 months.

Storage: $50. Per month. (6 months only) must also pay 6 months regular
rent.

Open Storage: $50. Per month for park tenants only.
